1. Terms & Conditions

By accessing DONWITHSTORE.COM, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms:

  • Service Scope: DONWITHSTORE.COM provides an automated platform for purchasing digital game credits (e.g., Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC). We act as a third-party reseller and are not officially affiliated with the game developers.
  • User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.
  • Accuracy of Information: It is your sole and absolute responsibility to provide the correct Player ID (UID), Server, and Region. Our system delivers based exactly on the data you enter. We are not liable for any loss resulting from an incorrect UID.
  • Age Requirement: By making a payment, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained explicit authorization from a legal guardian.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy: Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be recalled, all sales are final.

No Refunds will be issued for:

  • Entering an incorrect or invalid Player ID (UID).
  • Purchasing the wrong amount, package, or game.
  • "Regret" purchases (deciding you no longer want the items after they are delivered).
  • Purchases made by minors or unauthorized persons using your payment method.

System Errors: A refund or manual re-delivery will only be processed if our system fails to credit a correctly entered UID due to a verified technical fault on our end.

3. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

We take financial security and fraud prevention extremely seriously.

  • Zero Tolerance: We do not accept chargebacks for orders where digital goods have been successfully delivered.
  • Dispute Response: In the event of a chargeback or bank dispute, DONWITHSTORE.COM will provide comprehensive evidence (Proof of Delivery, IP addresses, transaction logs, and invoices) to the issuing bank to invalidate the claim.
  • Consequences: Any user attempting a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our platform. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to the Sri Lanka Police Cyber Crimes Division.
  • Unauthorized Use: Using a stolen, cloned, or unauthorized card is a criminal offense. We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in any criminal investigation.

4. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect minimal data (Game UID, Email, and Phone Number) necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
  • Payment Security: We do not store your credit/debit card information. All transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant encrypted gateways (Dialog Genie).
  • Information Sharing: Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is used strictly for transaction verification and delivery.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to improve site performance and remember your preferences during your session.
